A fantastic hat-trick by Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani for Napoli as they thrashed Sampdoria 4-0 to consolidate second place in Serie A. Palermo started 2011 with a bang and comfortably beat a sorry Sampdoria side 3-0. Last season this was a head-head game for the Champions league and Sampdoria came up on top. All Goalkeepers look away now, A Gianluca Curci howler gave Brescia their 1st win since September 22nd and new Coach Marco Berretta 1st win as coach on debut.
