Serie A Week 15 Goals Of The Week

With another match day already upon us Serie A did not disappoint at the weekend and there was some cracking action. Apart from Napoli all of the top teams in Italy picked up wins i.e. AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and Roma. Juventus returned to the top of the league.

Here are the Top 5 Goals of Week 15

5. Pablo Osvaldo Napoli vs. Roma
The reason I chose this goal to be in the top five was the delivery of the cross. Francesco Totti played in a perfect cross for Pablo Osvaldo to tap in to double Roma lead away at Napoli

4. Alberto Gilardino Fiorentina vs. Atalanta
A wonderful team goal by Fiorentina, a sweeping ball was played out to the left which found Juan Vargas who played in a beautiful first time cross for Alberto Gilardino to poke home.

3. Giampiero Pinzi Lazio vs. Udinese
Mauricio Isla played a ball into Antonio Di Natale who then played a brilliant through ball to the on running Giampiero Pinzi who scored at the angle.

2. Francesco Lodi Catania vs Palermo
A wonderful free kick from 25 yards out curled into the top corner

1 David DI Michele Parma vs. Lecce
A truly breathtaking goal from the Lecce striker, a cross in from the right was headed into the box and David Di Michele overhead kicked effort flew into the top corner.

A Football fan for around 18 years since the age of 6 years old. My first love is Swindon town now managed by the mad man that is Paolo Di Canio. I have been a fan of Italian football for around 10-15 years now since the Channel four days back in the Uk with James Richardson. I am a Roma fan as well and i have been following the club since 2003 with the attack minded football with Totti and Cassano.
