Marseille manager and former French national and Juventino player, Didier Deschamps, has an expression that says it all after hearing Lille won the Coupe de France final Saturday.

Okay we lied, this isn’t a picture taken after hearing of Lille’s Coupe de France victory.  But can’t you just picture the Marseille maestro providing a similar contemplative expressive look to photographers when in the know?

Regarding the domestic French Ligue One championship, Marseille boss Deschamps says he hasn’t given up hope of retaining the title he won in his first season in charge.

“All I’m interested in are the three matches we have left to play,” said Deschamps as the reigning champions from the Stade Vélodrome look to make up a four-point gap team Lille have on them.

On course for the elusive double, it’s all advantage Lille Olympique Sporting Club
