Swiss Ramble? More like Swiss charlatan. He claims :

“The reality is that Italian football continues to be in a financial mess with clubs living well above their means” compared to German and French clubs maybe but certainly not compared to clubs from England & Spain. According to UEFA’s football landscape PDF published in 2009, not Deloitte and there pointless reports on revenue and the Swiss Ramble and his sources (which he doesn’t list), according to UEFA levels of debts in €billions - England - 3.9, Spain 1.2, Italy - 0.6 and bear in mind these levels are before the new Serie A collective TV deal and Roma takeover.
