What a tasty evening at the San Siro for hosts Milan. They retain pole position in the scudetto by besting second place Napoli 3-0. Milan goalscorers Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Kevin Boateng and Alex Pato all put in good performances. Napoli even at the interval (0-0), gave up an early penalty in 4th minute of the second half. The Swede Ibrahimovic stepped up to spot and converted and the rest it seems is history as our visitors, unable to turn things in [...]

This past weekend Foggia, coached by Zdenek Zeman, scored from a throw-in resulting from their opponents Gela putting the ball out of play so an injured Foggia player could receive treatment. The goal allowed them to snatch a 2-2 draw and unsurprising a fight that needed police intervention ensued. Enjoy!

After rubbing your eyes and checking the date, you can be sure it is true. Amauri did indeed score two goals today to tie the match for Parma, who came from two down to earn a 2-2 draw with Roma.
A masterful display from Udinese saw them run riot in Sicily, coming away from the Stadio Barbera as 7-0 winners over Palermo. Alexis Sanchez bagged four while Antonio Di Natale got the other three. It must be said that Palermo did have two players sent off, but nonetheless knives will be sharpened for Delio Rossi as his dismissal looks sure to come soon.
Juventus were stung by a resolute Bologna side at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin. The home team were kept at bay by some excellent last ditch defending by the visitors, who themselves managed two goals on the break through former Juve striker Marco Di Vaio. Check out the highlights below…
Played 14. Won 4. Drawn 6. Lost 4 An abysmal record belonging not to one of Serie A’s relegation threatened teams but to Juventus against teams currently in the bottom half of the table. It is unacceptable for a club of their stature and a situation which must be reversed should the Bianconeri be serious in their aspiration to improve upon last seasons dire seventh place finish. The latest result, Saturday evenings 0-2 loss at home to Bologna – a [...]
